★ The wood is untreated and beautiful left as-is, but can also be stained, painted or sealed should you chose to do so! This is a wood product, variations in color and graining may occur.

-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.

REFUND POLICY:
All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

This product is great, very sturdy and of good quality craftmanship. It was too small for our space and needs but if they made something bigger, id consider buying that. Great customer service with quick and easy communication and shipping.

Very nice toy box. Was assembled easily. Nice solid wood and natural look, but like the option to paint as well. I put felt discs on the bottom to prevent scratces to the floor. (Would be nice if included with toy box).
