For the area rugs, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges. Our rugs&carpets are custom-made and shipped from our production partners. Our #1 priority here at ElpisHome is your happiness. We 100% stand behind our products and offer a worry-free shopping guarantee. And if for any reason, there is an issue with your order when it arrives (in the case of a print defect or manufacturing defect in a purchased product), we will have arranged a replacement to make things right. To issue a replacement order, we will require clear good resolution photos as well as a video in some cases.

► What's the processing time since the home decor items are made to order?

Since our Area Rugs & Throw Pillows & Desk Mats are made to order all orders have a 2-5 business day processing time. Once your order ships, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. If you have not received this email, kindly check your other email folders, or message us via Etsy. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it might delay processing time by 1-2 business days.

Do you offer custom orders and personalization?

All our items can be customized and personalized.

► Where does ElpisHome design and make its products?

Our items are all designed in North Carolina and made and shipped from Hendersonville, NC.

► Do you offer bulk order purchases?

Yes, We do accept large-quantity orders. Please contact us with the details of your request, such as the quantity needed. We will send you a quote.

► Is it possible to make changes to my order after it has already been placed?

To provide a quick turnaround time, we process our orders soon after they are placed. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately. If we have not processed the order yet, we may be able to make changes. However, if the item is already too far in the production stage, we will not be able to make any changes. Please keep in mind that everything you type in the personalization box will be used. Even if the error was made by the customer, we will provide a special discount code for a replacement order. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately as well. If we have not already shipped the item, we are able to change the address.

► International Shipping Times

All international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping times, but all packages are insured in case of loss. Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective countries.

If your package states "delivered" and you have not received it, no worries, all orders are insured. Please email us and we will start the remaking process for your order.
