Crochet your own neckerchief scarves for your pet! They are a lightweight and snuggly alternative to your typical bandana, plus a fun and unique option to dress up your furry friend.

This pattern is designed to fit the necks of small- to medium-sized dogs and cats, but can be customized to any length of your choosing using a repeat row for the neckband portion. Neckerchiefs feature a slip loop to secure around the neck, but can just as well be put on over the head.

Pattern was developed with Caron Simply Soft yarn in mind, but can be worked in any thinner worsted weight yarn that is comfortable for your pet to wear. All neckerchiefs are 2 inches wide. When looped together, the front ties of the neckerchief hang approximately 3 inches down from the neck.
