Do you accept returns?

Due to the customized nature of most of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to read all of the details in the item description of each listing before purchasing. If there is an issue with your order, please send a message to discuss options further.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Please understand that once a package is dropped off to the post office, it is no longer in our hands, but the USPS. Any issues regarding delivery of your package need to be addressed with your local post office. If there is still an issue after discussing with your local post office, you are welcome to contact me, and we can discuss further options. Please note that items damaged by delivery need to be discussed with the post office. If there is an obvious issue that is not directly related to shipping mishandling, please message me so I can help correct the problem.

What do I do if the shipping address is incorrect?

Please message me as quickly as possible if you notice the shipping address was entered incorrectly. Some ready to ship items are shipped out the same day as they are ordered, and once they reach the post office, I cannot change the address on the shipping label. There is no way for me to know that an address is incorrect. Please make sure you double check your information before you complete check out. If your package has already shipped, it may be possible to stop the package before it is delivered. You are welcome to message me to see if this is an option. Please be aware that any stop fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser, not the shop owner.
