When will my order ship?

Your item(s) will ship within 1 to 2 business days from Canada.

I do not accept returns. I have chosen this because a vast majority of my products are intimate items and due to hygienic reasons they would need to be discarded once they were to be returned. If you receive your order and it is Not-as-Described, and falls under the Etsy policies: Cases for Buyers - Our House Rules, rather than opening a dispute I would greatly encourage you to directly message me. I accept exchanges in the event that the order falls under the Not-as-described - Etsy Policies: Cases for Buyers - Our House Rules The following situations are ineligible for exchange if: -Items including: Custom & personalized orders, Intimate Items (For health & hygiene reasons), Digital Downloads & Perishable Products (Like food or flowers). -Items that are damaged by shipping carrier. -Items that have been altered, used, worn, washed, or discarded after receipt. -Items that are received after the agreed-upon delivery date due to shipping delays. -Items that are accurately described but don’t meet a buyer's expectations. -Cost of shipping disputes. -Transactions where payment is not made via Etsy's Checkout System.

International Shipping

I am located in Canada. If you are purchasing an order outside of Canada, the standard methods of international shipping DO NOT include tracking numbers. You must take it upon yourself to upgrade your shipping method accordingly if you would like to track your order. Keeping shipping costs low is a priority of mine, which is why I have enabled the option for Standard International Shipping. However, if you are concerned about your order reaching you, please ensure that you purchase Tracked International Shipping at checkout.

Shipping Cost Adjustments

You will not have to pay double, triple, etc. For shipping as it gets calculated out to. I do partial refunds when customers are overcharged. There is a $1.00 per additional item fee on top of the initial cost to ship (1) Item. In the case that orders are large I may have to adjust my methods of shipping and it may cost more, but when refunded I include an explanation so the customer understands what they are paying for and have been refunded!

I am open to local pickup :) If you are located near me and willing to make the trip, I am more than happy to do it that way rather than shipping!
