We ask that our customers send us any and all image references along with details for your order. We will work with you to create your vision into a work of art!

We do not recommend leaving our products outdoors where the elements may affect them unless otherwise stated specifically on the listing.

When will my order ship?

All shipping timeframes are estimates only and subject to change. Each of our handmade and hand painted products take differing amounts of time to complete. If you need a product sooner than estimated we ask that you reach out to us first before ordering to be sure we can get yours out on time. Otherwise all orders will be done in the order in which they were received.

What are your Shop hours?

We are open Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.

Will I receive updates on my order?

We do our best to update our customers, however during peak seasons and high order volume it can be difficult to provide any updates at all as we are busy creating, painting, and packaging to ensure orders go out as timely as humanely possible. We ask that you reach out to us for any updates on your order. If you do not hear from us during a customary 24-48 hour timeframe, please reach back out- we are most likely busy working on your order!
