May include: A silver oval pendant necklace with a glass cameo featuring a girl in a blue dress and a white hat. The cameo is surrounded by a silver border with a beaded design.

A charming little sterling silver pendant adorned by the bright painting of a girl crossing a river , which is pictured over the the vivid cornflower sapphire blue butterfly wing and covered by the doomed glass. Marked at the back-STERLING, patent number.., made in England, please see photos.

Dates to 1920s

Note: early butterfly wing's jewelry are mostly associated with well known English manufacturer, Thomas L Mott, who was the first jeweler deploying Monroe wing as a media, which led to new revolutionary jewelry trend for the following Art Deco period.

The pendant comes with matching vintage sterling silver chain, marked 925

Condition: excellent antique state, the glass is smooth to the touch without damages. Looks much better in person, since there is an iridescent effect over butterfly wing which is hard to capture by camera. Ready to wear and enjoy or add to your collection
