These shoes are absolutely beautiful. These shoes runs a little small so size up. As far as the customer service, this vendor refuses to provide a return shipping label of this item. All inconvenience cost and/or fee will be at your expense.

Arrived in four days from Italy. Excellent shipping. Ordered a half size up, which was perfect. The shoes are beautiful and sexy. The downside is the plastic was hard and hurt my wife’s feet. I was able to use a hot steel bar to smooth the sharp edges of the plastic to make them wearable for her. I’m glad I was able to fix them because they look great on her.
