This is a black wool and real Persian Lamb princess coat from the late 1930's or early 1940's. It has a high Persian lamb collar that can be worn flat or hooked together and high. There are lamb trimmed flanges on each side inn front, trimmed with buttons. Small pockets at the hips. This coat is lined in satin. This is a great coat, but has a few issues. Both underarms have been repaired by hand because of the seaming with these kimono type sleeves. The spot where the pocket meets the coat at the side seams have also been repaired on each side. These repairs don't show much because of the style and richness of the wool...they blend in. Still so wearable and pretty, but I've tried to adjust he price because of the repairs. Comes from a smoke free home.
