How do I get the right size coat or pajamas for my dog?

- Use a cloth measuring tape. - Each listing has a diagram in the photo section with instructions for accurate measurements. - How to measure video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHzTYodjJ2Q&t=20s Choose size using your dog's length. If between sizes, round down. Be sure to give me all actual measurements. I'll use those to make a custom product. Please contact me if you have questions. The better we do at this stage, the more satisfied you and your dog will be with the product. I want us to get this right!

How do I care for my product?

Each listing includes information on care for the longest lasting product.

What if I want something that I don't see listed?

Don't see exactly what you want? If you want different features, other designs, etc. just ask. I can usually put together the outfit you want and often at no additional cost.

What is the processing time for my order?

I generally have orders in the mail 1-2 weeks after they're placed. I'll let you know of significant changes to that plan. If there's a specific deadline for receiving your order, please let me know and I'll do my best to meet it.

How will my order be shipped?

I usually ship orders via USPS First Class. If you'd like another method of shipping, I offer USPS Priority as an upgraded option or contact me to make arrangements.

What is the Made by De guarantee?

I'll make clothing that fits your dog; something that you and your dog will love! With a little help from you. And I'll be with you down the road. Each custom dog item comes with free minor alteration and/or repair for the life of your purchase. After the purchase, all you'll have to pay is the cost of shipping it to me. I'll ship it back for free too!

What if my item isn't quite right or I want to return it?

I want you and your dog to LOVE your Made by De creation, but stuff happens. If you receive your Made by De creation and it doesn’t fit or you and your dog just don’t love it, please let me know. - If I make a mistake, I’ll alter or remake the item for free, including shipping both ways. - If I made it as directed, I’ll alter to fit if possible. If it’s necessary to remake, I'll do that at cost of materials and shipping. - If you just want to return your item, send it back in new condition and I’ll refund your purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee. An item that is extremely customized may not have this option. Please ask before sending it back.

Please contact me for international orders. These will be considered on a case by case basis. Any fees or additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Waterproof Dog Leggings

If you have a long-haired boy dog, you know how messy they can get when relieving themselves. Made by De dog leggings can help minimize the mess! They're made of single-layer P.U.L. (coated polyester) so they can't be any lighter in weight. And they fold up small enough to carry in a backpack or purse, "just in case".

- Strap over withers, fastens with hook and loop
- Machine wash and air dry
- Velcro wrap at the bottom is available on request

XS Back length 10-12”, height 10-12”

Small Back length 13-16”, height 12-14”

Medium Back length 17-20, height 14-17”

Large Back length 21-24, height 18-22”

XL Back length 25-28” height 23-26”
