Do you use recyclable packaging?

Yes! I am committed to using recyclable / eco-friendly / sustainable packaging. All packing materials can be recycled. My padded mailers are made from 100% recycled materials, with the inner envelope padding made from 20% upcycled newspapers. They are recyclable and biodegradable! Big orders are sometimes shipped in a previously used, clean and undamaged shipping box. I try to reuse (and reduce waste) whenever possible. My jewelry boxes are natural kraft boxes made from 100% recycled materials. The cord used to tie a wrap around the jewelry boxes are made from sustainable, eco-friendly 100% hemp and colored with plant-based dyes. These cords are biodegradable and compostable.

Custom and personalized orders

I am always happy to craft custom jewelry pieces. Please contact me via Etsy message with any inquiries regarding custom made jewelry / commissions. Progress updates with emailed photos will be sent via Etsy messages during the crafting process. Any changes to the design may be made during this time, if desired. Please note that custom orders may not be returned once received. I do not accept payment in advance; a special listing will be created for you upon completion and will be added to the RESERVED section of my Etsy shop. A direct link to the item listing will be provided to you via Etsy message. Please allow about 2-3 weeks for custom orders to be completed.

What is your return policy?

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order if there is a problem, and I will be happy to work with you on a solution that is best for you. Jewelry that has been worn or broken cannot be returned. I do offer repairs; please contact me!

Please do not wear your jewelry in the pool, shower, ocean, etc. Do not apply perfumes, lotions, etc while wearing your jewelry as this may result in damage to the metals or stones. Some natural gemstones, such as black tourmaline or selenite for example, are not water-friendly and will become brittle. Store your jewelry in a jewelry box, soft pouch, or airtight bag when not in use. Jewelry may be cleaned using a soft polishing cloth designed for jewelry. Please note that metals may darken over time - this is normal. Skin chemistry may speed up this process. This may be reversed with proper care using a polishing cloth. Please contact me if any clasps become damaged and need to replaced - I will be happy to fix them for you at no charge!

What do I do if the shipment tracking number shows "delivered" but I don't have it?

Please send me an Etsy message to let me know if this happens; most of the time it is due to carrier error. First, check with a neighbor to see if it was delivered there by mistake. If not, then your post office will need to be contacted. The delivery scanners that USPS mail carriers use to scan tracking barcodes at your mailbox have GPS in them, and your post office can pinpoint where the package was scanned as delivered if it wasn't to your address. If an investigation deems it lost, a refund or replacement will be offered to you. I will be happy to assist in this process in any way to help make this easier for you.

Handmade, one of a kind necklace crafted with natural polished labradorite and amethyst crystals, premium polymer clay, shimmering pigments, and antique brass chain. A pendant was hand crafted from premium polymer clay, and colored with pearlescent mica pigments to give it a shimmering, metallic look, and then sealed with a protective coating. A large blue/copper/green flash labradorite stone was set in to the pendant, with a small polished amethyst stone nestled above it.

The clay/gemstone pendant was baked at a low heat to a durable finish and cured before finishing with a protective glaze. The pendant measures about 2 inches long x 1.25 inches wide, and sits on a 24 inch Vintaj natural brass chain with lobster clasp closure.
