I recommend that all items are washed in cold water, hang to dry and iron if necessary. Make sure to turn your item inside out to iron.

Will my item look exactly like the listing

I try my best to make sure the item you order looks exactly like the photo listed on ETSY. If for some reason a fabric is no longer available, I have the right to substitute with a similar fabric. I do like to contact the buyer and let them know a substitution has been made.

You may see two different size charts on some of my listings. One is for the colored shirts that I use. The other contains multiple size charts. That chart is for the white shirts and bodysuits that I use for orders. If you have any questions, please send me a direct message. ***Sometimes I do have to use a different brand of shirt if the brand I use is unavailable.*** ***Please note, bodysuits are available in short sleeve and long sleeve. Sizes are 0-3m, 3-6m, 6-12m and 12-18m.***

Turn around time varies throughout the year. It just depends on what season we are in at the time. Please refer to my shop announcement for current turn around time.

To decrease any confusion, please include the entire name (first, middle and last). NO REFUNDS OR REMAKES WILL BE DONE IF THE MONOGRAM IS SENT INCORRECTLY. If there is a question, please message me before placing the order.

Questions about the designs I use

If you do embroidery, PLEASE do not contact me to ask where a design comes from. I'm not trying to be rude, but I work very hard to put together the designs that I use. My time is committed to my customers. I do not contact others on ETSY to ask where the designs they use come from. Please be respectful and don't message me. Google images is a wonderful resource. Thanks in advance!

Can you provide your own shirts, bags, etc?

I am sorry, but I do not accept outside items to be embellished with an applique or monogram. In the event of something happening to your item, there is no guarantee that I can replace it. Therefore, I only use the products from my vendors.

Most of my shirts are offered on white shirts. If you would prefer a colored shirt, I do not mind ordering if and only if it is available from one of the two vendors that I order from. If it not available, your order will be completed on a white shirt.

Abbreviations used in my shop

What does SS and LS mean? Since we are limited on character space for listings, SS is used for "SHORT SLEEVE" and LS is used for "LONG SLEEVE".
