1990s Sparkly Short Sleeve Mini Dress by Teddi Evening, made in the USA. The fabric is textured and made of 94% acetate/6% spandex. There are very light shoulder pads. The tag states size 12. Measurements are approximate and taken with the garment lying flat: 33" long, 15" shoulders, 15" sleeve (from center back), 18" chest, 16.5" waist, 18" hips. (Model's measurements: 41" hips, 31.5" waist, 39" chest.)

In the unfortunate event of a broken, damaged, or lost item, the buyer will bear the responsibility of filing a claim with the postal service.
