If I could give customer service more stars, I would. I worked with Denise from start to finish on this project, which is a super cool beanie-to-balaclava design. It all started with a random instagram video of the a model wearing the design. It was not being sold, but so many people in the comments wanted to buy. NiseyKnits said she could make it, so I responded to the comment and we ended up dm-ing about materials and colors. They got to work right away with a custom piece and shipped it as soon as possible. It just arrived and I have already shown my item off to friends and family.
