Madeira, Signed Art Print by Molly Maine.

This vibrant Giclée art print illustrates a relaxing view of the sea from a terrace bar on the island of Madeira, Portugal. The artwork was inspired by the famous Belmond Reid's Palace hotel bar in Funchal which was built in 1891 and is seeped in history, with its signature checkerboard floor, beautiful botanical gardens, and stunning views across the Atlantic ocean.

This unique print will bring a bright splash of colour into any room; it's perfect for any travel-lover who has visited Madeira and wants to bring their travel memories into their home.

The illustration was originally hand-drawn by the artist using pencil and inks, then rendered digitally using a bold, contemporary colour palette.

Each art print is made to order, sustainably printed on premium quality thick 310gsm natural cotton textured art paper at the artist's carbon neutral fine art printing studio.

The writing at the bottom left of the print reads: 'Belmond Reid's Palace, Funchal, Madeira, Portugal'

The white border around the edge means that an additional mount/mat board is not needed (although you may still add one if you wish)

About the artist:

Molly Maine is an illustrator from London who gained her BA Illustration in 2009 from Falmouth University of Arts UK, and studied Illustration at Nagoya University of Arts in Japan. She has been illustrating professionally for over a decade and has spent the past six years travelling across the world with her sketchbook, drawing places and things that fascinate her. She currently lives and works between London and Lisbon.
