HOW TO USE THE NEONS:

Neon is a translucent color so it is recommended to start the neon with a base of "Ground Control" which is the special formula of Daydream Apothecary but without dyes, so it is pure white based on titanium dioxide.
This is done to get the purer neon color and make it pop. Also, you can use other colors if you want under Neon, it can just lead to different shades. It is also recommended to mix 20% of Ground Control in Neon, for better coverage and improved ease of use. See a separate list for Ground Control.

Daydream Apothecary paint is water-based paint without VOCs and sticks to almost any surface, including metal, glass, and wood. You can use it indoors or outdoors (when properly sealed) and its fine consistency means it goes more or less while still providing excellent, colored coverage. Λeave a soft velvety feel.
