The quality is good in terms of likeness and the main materials used. I am mostly happy with the product as it's a beautiful portrait of my fluffy boy. I would order another product and ask for more photos or give more details. Some parts could be improved on. Photos were only sent after completion, not during the process as many had said in comments. She did lighten it up more after I mentioned it was too dark but sent the package without another photo given which I would have asked for it to be even lighter. During shipping, his tongue came off, I can fix it with superglue, although an additional box inside the package would have prevented it from breaking.

Received beloved Kiki yesterday, just as planned. Arrived on time, as stated. There are not enough words to say on how she turned out. A picture doesn't do it justice. Beautiful, so real. Gabriela, you are so amazingly talented. Thank you
