You can add personal engraving (name), as a rule it's free. If you want something with your special design you need to have a layout.

- Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.
- Custom or personalized can't be canceled or changed (design, colour etc.) after payment.

All our orders are packing in beautiful paper:) Custom gift boxes are possible, we also can add to the box your greetings message.

Wholesale is possible. Please will contact to us and write what kind of products you are interested in (wholesales price is very depends of the type of goods). We are VAT payers in Latvia.

1) You can ask to CANCEL order only if we haven't started working on it.
2) You have to provide the correct shipping information. For all items that are returned from post to us we are charged VAT by 21% of the product cost, which is quite costly. In the event that this happens and you still want the item you will be required to pay that return shipping as well as the cost of re-shipping. This isn’t something we want to do, but we have no other choice. Thank you for understanding.
3) By all the returned parcels please will contact to us and write - you'll want a refund or redelivery. Note, the correct post address is your responsobility and we never return shipping cost.
4) Money refund possible only after I'll receive the return parcel.

Tracking ID from my country don't tracked on Etsy system so they allow to leave a reviw after the last day of estimated delivery will ends.
