Soaking in bath salts has been shown to hydrate the skin, ease muscle aches and decrease inflammation. Simply sprinkle salts into a warm bath, climb in and enjoy.

Each bag has approximately 250g (enough for 2 -3 baths) or 600g (enough for 3-6 baths) in each, depending on how much salts are required. The bath salts are packaged in biodegradable pouches which helps keep postage costs down.

Our handmade bath salts contain a mix of;
-Epsom Salts,
-Pink Himalayan salts (coarse and fine)
-Dead sea salt
-Essential Oils
