All orders from our shop over $35 receive free shipping. ***Etsy shows free shipping on a product incorrectly sometimes, though, with messaging on the listing, like "Hooray! This item ships for free!" even though the item is less than $35. In this case the shipping charge is actually still applied during checkout, as the order is below the $35 threshold. This is a glitch on Etsy's end and I apologize for how frustrating it is when this happens. I'm hopeful they will fix the issue sooner rather than later :-)

Customer service is great. I love the finished product, and it holds up very well to daily use. I'm doing a set every year from our anniversary dinner. I wish I had started years ago!
