Most orders are shipped with tracking via ChitChats and are handed off to local couriers for final delivery. Please be aware that there are occasional postal delays and that delivery times are estimates not guarantees.

CANADA: Standard delivery is tracked and takes approx 2-12 business days. Let me know if you'd prefer lettermail shipping and I will be happy to accommodate (note: this service is untracked and uninsured).
USA: No customs/duty fees and free tracked shipping on orders over $35 USD. Delivery takes approx 5-12 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: Delivery can take 2-6 weeks depending on location. An invoice is provided for customs and buyers are responsible for any fees/taxes that may apply.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order details. Once your items have been made/shipped, I will no longer be able to update or cancel your order.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and I will do my best to resolve them. Try to include a description and photo of the problem if possible - this helps me to better understand how I can help!

I’m happy to accept a return or exchange for up to 30 days after delivery. Please contact me to get this process started - items must be sent back to my return address in Canada and I cannot accept unauthorized returns.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and will receive a refund minus the original delivery and a 10% restocking fee. In the case of exchanges, buyers will be charged a reshipping fee. All refunds/exchanges can only be processed after I receive the items back.

Items must arrive undamaged and in their original condition. Please ensure that your order is packed safely for shipping, and include the original packaging if possible. Items damaged during return shipping will not eligible for a return or exchange.

Please double check your address when ordering. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect/insufficient address or unpaid customs fees then either the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs or I can refund the order minus the original shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Artefact pieces are delicate and should be handled carefully to ensure that your jewelry lasts. Pulling or tugging may cause damage, so avoid wearing your jewelry when sleeping, exercising, or showering. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and beauty products (such as lotions, perfumes, and hairsprays) - these can get trapped in-between the wire and the gemstones causing tarnishing. Try to remember that jewelry should be the last thing on in the morning and the first thing off at night!

Wipe down your jewelry after each wear with a soft polishing cloth. A small amount of gentle soap and water can sometimes be used to clean the metal, but you should avoid getting the gems wet - some gemstones can crack or fade with prolonged exposure to water. If you do get your jewelry wet, just gently pat dry before storing or wearing your piece.

My pieces are made using high quality 925 sterling silver or 14k gold filled wire, chain, and findings. Gold filled jewelry is made by bonding a thick layer of gold to a brass core - it is longer lasting than gold plated and is a great alternative to solid gold jewelry.

I source all gemstones from reputable suppliers and take care to select only real and genuine stones. Some gems may be treated to enhance their colour, please message me if this is a concern and we can find an alternative.

Each gemstone is unique and there may be slight variations in the shape, size, or colour of the stone. Let me know if you have a preference or request and I will my best to accommodate wherever possible.

Necklaces are available in a variety of lengths from 14 inches (35cm) to 22 inches (55cm). A size guide and example photos can be found in individual listings. Please note that sizing and fit can vary depending on body shape and size, if you’re unsure what length to purchase then it’s always best to measure!

Every piece is made to order and I am happy to make an in-between or custom size if preferred. Just select the next size up and leave me a note with your preference.

There is also the option to add a 2 inch removable extender to any necklace. This gives you the ability to wear your jewelry at multiple lengths and is a great option if you’re unsure about sizing or are purchasing a gift.

All orders are carefully packed to prevent tangling and include a reusable jewelry bag and a handwritten note detailing the meaning of your chosen gemstone. A gift receipt is provided if the gift option is selected at checkout, otherwise printed receipts are not used to prevent paper waste. Please leave me a note if you'd like one with your order.

Choose to add gift wrap to your order and your item will be wrapped with matching paper and twine or ribbon. A sample photo can be found in individual listings. Don’t forget to include a note to your gift recipient if you’d like it to be added to the receipt!
