When wil I receive my file?

Our standard turnaround time is 1-2 business days (business days are Monday to Friday), although we do our best to keep it sooner rather than later whenever possible. If you have purchased rush service, you will receive your file within 24 hours of purchase & information receipt, any day of the week. Please make sure to check the shop announcement to see if delivery times are different at the time of purchase.

Where can I find my printable files?

Your files will be emailed to the email address on file with Etsy, unless you have indicated differently in the notes to seller or via message directly. If you do not see the files in your inbox, make sure to check your spam or junk folder as they can end up there depending on email filters.

Can you translate to a different language (other than English)?

We absolutely can provide our invites in any language as long as you provide the translation on how you would like it to read instead of the English version for no additional charge. If you decide you would like to purchase just be sure to note the changes in the notes to seller along with your party information. However unfortunately at this time, if you would like the language changed on a party package there is an additional $5.00 charge due to the time to alter all pieces. If this is something you are interested in please contact me prior to party pack purchase so I can set up a listing just for you!

Custom and personalized orders

Absolutely! Changes in wording are no extra charge for invitations and small party pack alterations. We do also offer color customization at no charge, however please keep in mind this may add to the delivery time of your order. (If so I will absolutely give you an updated notice with expected delivery time.)
