What types of files will I be able to download?

Most of my designs come in five versatile formats, making them easy to use for a variety of projects: • SVG – Compatible with most cutting and laser machines like Cricut and Silhouette. (If you're unsure, please refer to your machine’s user manual.) • DXF – Ideal for use with Silhouette Cameo machines using the Standard Studio Edition. • PNG – High-resolution images with a transparent background, sized to fit up to a 12" x 12" canvas, great for sublimation or printing. • PDF – Print-ready and perfect for home printers or digital layouts. • JPG – High-quality image files, great for basic printing and mockups.

Do you offer support with file usage or software setup?

I'm always happy to support my customers when it comes to design-related adjustments, such as modifying stroke thickness, adjusting spacing, or tweaking layout elements to better suit your project. However, please note that I cannot provide technical support for the following: - Uploading files to your cutting or design software - Operating or troubleshooting Cricut, Silhouette, or other cutting software - Any issues related to third-party programs or hardware Each customer may use these files in different ways, with various software, machines, and production methods. Because of this, it's the customer's responsibility to understand how to use their equipment and software properly.

Why cant I download my item through my Etsy app?

Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

I can’t seem to find my download notification email.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list.

How do I download my digital item after purchasing the files?

There are a few ways to download your files after purchase: • After your purchase you will received an email from Etsy with the download link. • You can also follow this link that will take you to your purchases folder - https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases • You can also locate your files when you go to your: Account → Purchases → Orders

Can I use these files for commercial projects?

✔️ Yes! You may use these files for personal or commercial use, as long as the end product is a physical item (like t-shirts, mugs, cards, etc.). ❌ Digital resale, sharing, redistribution or claiming this product as your own is not allowed.

Why am I having trouble downloading my files?

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

Is this a physical product?

No, this is a digital download only. No physical item will be shipped. Once payment is complete, your files will be available for instant download.
