HOW FAST IS THE SHIPPING? Express delivery orders are prioritized, turnaround time is 2-5 working days depending on your location. Before making a rush order we advise you to give yourself some time to decide on the cover material, cover color, and size of the product- since after the rush order is made changes are not possible. Standard shipping takes about 20 working days. DO YOU SHIP TO THE POST OFFICE OR THE ARMY POST OFFICE? No, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO boxes. The shipping is done by the couriers' company, and they require the address to the exact place - company or home.

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER, FONT, OR LOGO ON A PRODUCT? Yes, but please contact us before placing your order. WILL THERE BE WRITING ON THE SPINE? No, unless you notify us regarding writing on the spine. Please leave a comment when ordering. CAN YOU SEND ME MOCK-UPS? We always send mock-ups before proceeding with an order, and do as many design changes as needed. Please note that you have five days to approve the personalization after it is sent. If we do not hear back from you within this time frame, we will proceed without confirmation.

CAN CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED? Kindly note that personalized items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

WILL THERE BE CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES? We guarantee that there will be no additional taxes, duties or customs fees for customers from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, and all European Union countries. Love the quality and style choices. I love that there are so many options to choose from with this shop, as I could not find anything I liked off of etsy. I ordered the largest size possible because of the amount of wedding photos I have.
