Moonstone rings do run small, please size up if you plan to wear on your pointer finger. Damon rings run a little big. Elena And engagement rings are true to size.

Do not expose to moisture or sleep in costume jewelry. This also includes applying sanitizer or lotions. Have you ever seen a piece of jewelry turn your finger green? What is this? This occurs when jewelry metal and it's reaction when mixed with skin acids or body lotions generates an unsightly green hue on your skin. This does not mean the jewelry has an issue, it is simply a chemical reaction and may be different for each person. Before your order is shipped a thin layer of sealant is applied to your pieces. This will slow down the process but may not fully prevent it. In your order we have also as a free gift supplied you with a anti tarnish storage pouch.

Can I cancel my order?

No we do not accept cancellations, exchanges or refunds so please be sure you wish to purchase. If a problem arises and it is our fault we will do our best to make the situation right.

My order says it’s been delivered but I didn’t receive it, what do I do?

Take your tracking number to your local post office and have them do a geolocation on your package. This tracking will show where it was delivered. Please understand we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist you to the best of our ability.
