Once the item is received back in its original condition, a refund will be issued for the item cost only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. International Orders Please note that international delivery times can occasionally take up to 30 working days from the date of dispatch. If your order has not arrived after this period, I will be able to assist with a full refund or resolution if it is confirmed as lost.

Personalised Star Maps & Astrology Charts

Our star maps and astrology charts are created using trusted automated generators and tools used within our process. We are unable to use external sources or customer-provided systems, and we do not offer alternative chart styles beyond those shown in our shop. All designs are created exactly as displayed in the listing, so please review carefully before placing your order to ensure it matches what you are looking for. This also applies to coordinate formatting and layout.

Shop is based in the United Kingdom and ships internationally. Please note that express, expedited, or guaranteed delivery services are not available. UK Shipping (Free) • Sent via Royal Mail 1st Class • Tracking is not included International Shipping (Free for Eligible Orders) • Sent via Royal Mail International Standard • Tracking is not included • Tracked shipping upgrades are available at an additional cost during checkout Customer Purchased International Tracked Shipping • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed • Tracking is included

Our posters are currently available in the following sizes: • A3 (297mm x 420mm / 11.7" x 16.5") • A4 (210mm x 297mm / 8.2" x 11.6") At this time, no additional sizes or paper colour options are available beyond those shown in the listing.

Customs & Import Charges

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

All items are made to order and typically take 5-8 business days to produce. For personalised poster prints, a black and white digital proof will be sent for approval before printing. Once approved, your order will be produced in the size, foil finish, paper colour, and material options selected at the time of purchase.

Design Changes & Proofs

Products are based on fixed designs and are not a bespoke design service. Only minor amendments to names, dates, and coordinates can be accommodated. Astrology charts and star maps cannot be altered. For location maps, only minor zoom adjustments may be possible. If an error is identified, I will gladly review and correct it where possible. However, maps and charts are generated automatically, and custom modifications beyond the available settings cannot be made. Please ensure all information provided is accurate when ordering. Unlimited revisions are not available. A black and white digital proof will be sent within 48 hours of ordering for approval before printing. No additional proof formats or colour previews are provided.

Cancellations & Personalised Orders

As all items are personalised and made to order, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be accepted once production has begun. A digital proof is provided for custom orders before printing. Please review all details carefully, including spelling, dates, song titles, and any other personalised information. Approval of the proof confirms that all information is correct and that the order is ready to proceed. One round of reasonable amendments is included per order. Additional changes may not be possible and could require a new order. Once a proof has been approved, no further changes, cancellations, or refund requests can be accepted. By ordering, you agree to review your proof carefully and provide accurate information for your design.

All products are based on fixed, pre-designed templates. The designs shown in the listings are exactly what is sold, and we are unable to add new elements, make structural changes, or accept custom design requests. This is not a bespoke design service, so only limited edits to text fields (such as names, dates, or similar details) are possible. One round of minor amendments is included per order. If a request falls outside the available design options or becomes overly complex, the order may be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the nature of a templated product range.

Highlights

Materials: paper, foil, metallic foil, rose gold, copper

Custom Moon Phase Print, The Night We Met, Lunar Phase Astrology Moon Print for Wedding Anniversary, Engagement or Special Date, Birthday gift.

HOW TO ORDER:

Choose the size and then a foil colour, add to cart, checkout and complete payment.

Write me in the notes, to the seller, the information about your order:

1. Title (Eg The Night We Met)
2. Name
3. Date (each phase corresponds with particular date and month provided)
4. Location (Eg Town/City for coordinates)

The date generator used depicts an entirely accurate moon phase, making your print completely personalised and unique to you. Then the poster design is created digitally using vectors and printed to be hand foiled.

Please bare in mind that foil products are slightly imperfect. There might be tiny black scratches dots or marks within the foil as each individual print is handmade and unique, but this adds to the charm!
