This spiral bound a5 sized, 80 sheet (160 page) notebook with ruled pages is made from recycled materials, and can be recycled after use.

This item can be altered, wording can be changed, name can be added if wanted. The wording colour can also be changed, if there's a certain colour you'd like, that isn't listed, please pop me a message and I'll see what I can do!
