How do I download my files?

To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

Why isn't there an SVG file in my downloads folder?

Sometimes an SVG file may show up as an 'html' file but don't worry this will still work as an SVG file once opened in your design software.

SVG file won't open up in my design software.

To open an SVG file into your software: 1. Right click on the SVG/html file 2. Select 'open with' 3. Choose your design software
