A chapel atop Isola Maggiore peaks out from behind old olive trees. Isola Maggiore is the largest of the islands on Lake Trasimeno, in Northern Umbria, Italy, and is also where St. Francis of Assisi spent time as a hermit and blessed a fish.

Original watercolor completed April 2009. Printed on archive quality matte photo paper. (copyright image not part of sale item)

Open edition number, title, and artist signature on back with soft black colored pencil. Gift wrapped with white tissue, your choice of wrapping, and blue ribbon/string. Shipped USPS Priority Mail in semi-rigid recyclable envelope.
