It will come in a light brown box with lavender and sage gradient ribbon, topped with some dried purple stippa flowers.
To make this Italy lover gift winged lion of Venice pendant necklace, I stamped an image of the winged lion into precious metal clay using a vintage glass intaglio. The pendant is fine silver .999 pure, and has been oxidized with liver of sulphur for that rich burnished patina, and then polished to define the image. The intaglio I used is very vintage and has intriguing details.
It is stamped on the back with .999 FS and my makers mark.
The pendant is just shy of 1" long from the top of the bail to the bottom, and 3/4" wide. You have your choice of a ring top bail (swipe to see the last couple of photos) or a bail that is soldered to the pendant both will slip easily on and off most chains or cords.
The pendant in the photos is already sold. Please allow 2 weeks for me to create one that is just as enchanting as the one in the photos.

The winged lion of Mark the Evangelist is the national emblem and a landmark of Venice.
Depictions of St. Mark's lion can be found everywhere in Venice. There is a famous lion on the clocktower in the Piazza San Marco, a lion atop a column in the piazzetta outside the Palazzo Ducale, and lions everywhere throughout Venice in paintings and carved into marble on almost every building.
