I'm sure many of you can relate to feeling depleted like that. It's easy to say "just make time for yourself", but sometimes you just can't stop the ride and hop off for a few turns. When this formula came to me, I wasn't thinking of it for myself, but it ended up being just the thing I needed at the time. I was headed to the kitchen for something...

Ingredients: Deep red, heart opening rose blended with fresh milky oat tops, ashwagandha, tulsi that was tended with my own hands, organic cane alcohol, local Pennsylvania honey.
