I live in the U.S.A. and this artist is from Ukraine. This beautiful piece arrived quickly despite the fact that Oksana was traveling, and her country is at war. She was a wonderful communicator throughout. The package was safely wrapped and the piece is just as described. Can't wait to gift this to my red-headed mother in-law this weekend! Thanks again!
