Måuve - in Sweden is a shop that offers only highly customized orders. The production cycle of an order (from the moment we receive the order until the moment we ship it) takes between 3-5 working days.

Due to the fact that the orders are highly customized, we do not accept refunds except complaints regarding poor quality, defects or wrong size (meaning not the size you have ordered or the measurements you have provided).

We do not refund if you chose a wrong size, so please pay attention to the measurement chart. All complaints are made within max 8 days from the day you received the package.

In case of a return, the clogs must not be worn and in their original box. When refunding, we DO NOT refund the shipping costs,

When unsure about your European shoe size, please measure your sole with a ruler that has millimetres on it. The right way to measure your sole is to place your right foot against a wall and measure the distance from your big toe to the wall.

Once you place the order we understand that you have measured and decided on the sizing. Therefor we do not accept refunds due to the fact that the sizing was wrong.

Please find the sizing chart for each model in the last picture that describes the specific product.

Please do not keep your clogs close to a fire source or high heat, close to solvents or other chemicals that might affect the sole and leather. Do not wash them, cleaning is made just with a damp towel or cleaning products that are produced specially for leather shoe wear. Do not tumble dry, do not force dry them if have gotten wet.

The sole can be washed under running water but do not hold them for more than 5 minutes. Please allow the sole to dry naturally, do not force dry it. For a better maintenance of the sole, you can use wood oil. If choosing to do do, please make sure that you use the right pigment so the sole's color won't be affected and also that the oil will not come in contact with the leather because there is a stain risk.

We offer a 30 days warranty from the day the customer receives the clogs. The warranty does not cover scratches, burned clogs, clogs that have been close to a fire source, chemicals or other substances that might affect the sole or leather, stained clogs, that have been kept in poor conditions, that have been miss-proper used, force dried or clogs that have been eaten/deteriorated by animals.

Delivery

All goods are sent by post mail and will be picked up from the nearest delivery point of the address you have provided. We take no responsibility if the address you have provided is incorrect. In such cases, you must contact us with a valid address and we will send the goods to the new address, but the shipping cost should be charged ( if or when we receive the goods back).

Unclaimed packages

The package can be picked up from the Post's delivery point within two weeks after you have been noticed. Should the package not be retrieved, the goods will be returning to us. For any package that is not claimed, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the return shipping and handling fee, that is currently 250 kr.
