This shelf is so unique. I wanted something that was not the standard looking rectangle shaped. I hung it with leather straps. NOTE when ordering. You should add an inch or two to the measurement of the shelf if you are inserting into straps so you can get the full effect of the rounded corners
Seller rectified issue without hesitation.
Customer service was prompt and polite, but I ended up having to return both orders. I opted to pay for the invisible mount brackets for one smaller and one larger shelf. The smaller shelf had the holes drilled straight but one side was not deep enough so the bracket wouldn’t fit in all the way so the shelf wouldn’t sit flush against the wall. The larger one had one hole drilled in at an angle so I wouldn’t be able to mount it properly. Was offered either a replacement of the shelves (which was generous) or the visible brackets. I didn’t want two shelves to go to waste and accepted the visible brackets. They’re two totally different brackets (one plastic, one metal) and way too big to be subtle and different tones of white from each other and the shelf. Overall, a frustrating experience.
