When ordering the products, make sure to select the personalization settings of the product from the personalization button and write the details in the box. Otherwise, your product will be sent without any action and we will not be responsible.

Please check your address before ordering. In case of reshipping of the products with the wrong address, the fee must be paid by the buyer.
