My item arrived broken, what do I do?

If your item has arrived broken, please send me a photo of the broken item and the shipping box. I will then send you a return label for the broken items. Once items are dropped off and can be tracked in USPS system, I will mail the replacement.

Can you cut custom shapes?

Since all our designs are made by ourselves in our studio we are able to make custom designs. Send us a few photos of your idea and we can create a custom precut. We have a design fee of $15 which is charged once no matter how many precuts you order. We will occasionally waive this fee if its a design I can use in my shop.Precut price depends on the number of pieces and glass color/COE. You can order the design again in the future without a design fee. Once you pay it we only charge the cost of the precut. I do not make other people's files, please don't ask. Please email bluehillglass@gmail.com

Do you offer discounts?

If you sign up for our mailing list at bluehillglass.com we occasionally send discount codes through email. Email bluehillglass@gmail.com for teacher/educator/large order pricing.

How much is shipping for multiple items?

Currently our shipping rate is $5.99 plus 20cents for each additional item for US buyers. This is for usps ground mail. Orders of domestic shipping calculated over $20 will be refunded the difference for ground advantage. You can upgrade to priority mail if you need to speed up shipping. We also offer flat rate international shipping which can save $$ with large orders.International buyers please see VAT section below.

When will I get my order?

Our current processing time is estimated by Etsy but fluctuates from 3-5 business days. Please check current processing times by Etsy’s estimated arrival date and go by the latest date for estimating arrival. Flat rate shipping is Usps ground mail which typically takes 3-5 business days once shipped. You can speed up shipping times by upgrading to priority mail but this will NOT speed up processing times. If you need something urgently please message for “rush my order” pricing.

What temperature should I fuse precuts at?

We recommend a tack or contour fuse for precuts. Always do a test firing with scrap glass to find the temperature that works best for your kiln. If precuts blob too much you need to reduce temperature. Here is a suggested firing schedule but remember—all kilns are different. https://www.bluehillglass.com/pages/tack-fuse-firing-schedule-for-precuts

VAT Fees for International Buyers

Non-US buyers-you will be charged VAT fees to be remitted by Etsy for orders under £135 for UK buyers. Over £135 you will be required to pay VAT to collect your package. Canadian buyers are responsible for paying VAT themselves. Australian buyers, VAT is collected by Etsy for orders under $1000 AUD. Please check with your local post for vat fee percentages. All international packages are shipped via USPS.

I'm not unsure what COE I got. How can I tell?

If you question which COE you received it's very easy to tell 90 COE Bullseye from 96 COE Oceanside. 90 has a texture and isn't as shiny as 96. 96 is very smooth on both sides and shiny. If you're still not sure just email me a few photos of the piece and I can tell you from there. If there was a mistake in COE made on our end we will gladly replace your item. No replacements will be made for issues after firing. Please refer to our sample fusing schedule at bluehillglass.com

My order says it was delivered but I can't find it, what do I do?

First, give it a few days, many times customers will report the item was marked delivered but wasn't delivered until a few days later. Check with your neighbors, they may have gotten your package by mistake. Contact USPS- all packages have tracking and they can locate the GPS coordinates of your package. Lastly, if you cannot locate your package, file a claim with etsy for a refund. Once you receive your refund, you can place the order again. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail and you must contact etsy for a refund.

How can I contact you?

Feel free to send me a message here on Etsy or you can email me at bluehillglass@gmail.com. I do not have a business phone due to my my disability so the best way to contact me is through messages or email. Thanks for understanding.

Our succulent pattern helps you create gorgeous succulents in stained glass.

Pattern includes 10° layer, 20° layer, 30° layer and 40° layer. Usually I only use 3 layers to make my succulents but have included a 4th layer for more complex flowers. Each layer has 6 petals. Pattern includes the succulent petal shape, does not include the pointy flower pattern (showed picture of it to illustrate how you can make your own pattern).

*****This pattern was designed to be used with our succulent molds, but some customers have requested it alone. While you can make them without the molds using just the pattern, the molds make it much easier. There is no tutorial for this pattern. If you purchase the molds (available in our shop) it includes this pattern for free and tutorial.*****
