Can you have more than one pet, and does it have to be the same photo?
We have no limit on the number of pets you wish to have in the artwork, and they can all be from separate photos.

Where do I send my photo(s)?
Please send your photos and any additional information in a message within Etsy. If you’re having any issues, please send to the email: info [!at] cmzart.com but staying within Etsy is preferable.

Do you send a mock-up before printing?
Yes, you will receive a digital mock-up within one working day of placing your order. Most orders are also dispatched the same day if your able to respond before 12:00 GMT.

How is the pillow case printed?
We use state-of-the-art sublimation printing equipment in our London workshop, producing prints at a resolution of 4800x1200 dpi. This guarantees vibrant, fade-resistant prints that last a lifetime.
