How quickly will my item ship and arrive to me?

If you live in the US, shipping will generally take 3-7 business days. International orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive, but may take 6-8 weeks during busy seasons.

Do you smoke or have any pets?

I don't smoke, but I do have two cats. If you’re severely allergic to cats, please consider ordering from another Etsy shop or cleaning your items thoroughly before using.

Why can the color of my stitch markers change?

The parts I purchase and use to make stitch markers are typically metal plated (gold plated, silver plated- stitch markers made entirely of these metals would be very expensive) or color plated, and because that’s a very thin layer of color over the base metal, it can wear off over time, depending on factors such as humidity, environment, storage, and how frequently they’re used. It won’t damage anything, and the effect can give it more of an antique patina. I personally love this slowly visible sign of the time I have spent with a single stitch marker.

What happens if my package gets lost or is marked delivered and I don’t get it?

First, ask anyone you may live with if they got the package. Then, check the area around where it should have been delivered (ex. check your porch and mail box) and ask any neighbors you may have. Then, it’s best to contact me directly, and I can request a trace through USPS, which usually resolves the issue within a few days. You're also able to submit this request, but please contact me first so you can enter as much information as possible. If a trace is unsuccessful after 7 business days, then we do a missing mail search (1-2 weeks). If you still don’t have your order after both searches, then we can discuss our options of replacement or refund. If you submit a claim with USPS, I may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Can I order a custom or bulk order?

Absolutely! I may need to order more parts if the quantity is not available, but I am more than happy to put together bulk and/or custom orders. Large or custom orders where I need to order additional parts may take several weeks, but when I have the parts available I can get them finished and sent out typically within a week. Please feel free to message me for more information!

What happens if my item arrives damaged or breaks soon after I get it?

Just message me with a picture of the item and your order number, and tell me what happened! Depending on the item, what happened, and my current stock, a refund, replacement, coupon, or repair is possible. I ask that you contact me as soon as you can! I do my best to fix any problems that happen. Please wait on giving my shop a negative review if an item arrives damaged or breaks until I’m given a chance to fix the situation! I try my best to make sure everything I send is top quality, but accidents on my part and on the part of the shipping carrier occasionally happen. Thank you♥️

Is my order packaged discretely?

Absolutely! I never indicate what’s inside a package (except when required for customs forms, where it’s usually listed as ‘crafting supplies’, ‘jewelry’, or ‘earrings’, or to mark if it contains fragile glass beads). Packages are typically either bubble mailers or cardboard boxes, with no special labels or stickers indicating what may be inside. Most orders will come with a generic "thank you" sticker on the packaging. Please do not be concerned, especially if ordering pride items! The contents are completely hidden and I never specify anything on the packaging about contents being pride-related. Please contact me if you have any concerns!

Which stitch markers are for crochet? For knitting?

All stitch markers work for knitting! Typically ring and hex styles are preferred for knitting because they fit on the needle, but some knitters prefer or also use clip styles to attach to the yarn. Clip stitch markers (also called progress keepers) work for crochet. This includes bulb pins, lobster clasps, and leverback clips. These stitch markers clip to the yarn of a project, while the rest are solid rings and can’t be used for crochet without putting them on a locking stitch marker, like a bulb pin. If you order the wrong style for crochet, my first recommendation is to use them on a bulb pin or locking stitch marker! If you’re not sure if the recipient knits or crochets, it’s safest to go with the clip style.

This mystery stitch marker pack is sold in sets of (approx) 30 (small) or 60 (large).

•••This set is for knitting only, it is NOT suitable for crochet!•••

Stitch markers range in size, with approximately 10 tiny-small stitch markers (perfect for socks!) and 20 medium-extra large stitch markers in every small pack, and approximately 20 tiny-small stitch markers and 40 medium-extra large stitch markers in every large pack.

Sets will usually contain several matching markers, but there will be a decent amount of variety as well. All sets include at least one bulb pin, which can also be used as a stitch marker (but I use mine to store tiny stitch markers!)

Colors may include silver, gold, bronze, raw brass, rose gold, copper, and/or gunmetal.
Shapes may include rings, squares, hexagons, hearts, stars, and teardrops.
Rings are the most common, as they are the most popular stitch marker shape in my shop, but they do come in a variety of sizes, metals, and colors.

No sets will be identical, but if ordering more than 1, it's likely there will be some repeats between them. This is a great way to get a feel of the basic stitch markers available in my shop and to figure out what kinds you like! It's also just a fun little surprise to add variety to any stitch marker collection, or to start a new one!

Please be aware that the markers in these images are not the exact set of markers you will be receiving, they're examples of stitch markers that may be in a set. One image shows an example of what can be expected from a single (small) set, and another shows an example of a large set. They're packaged on paper cards the same as my other stitch markers, except these are a complete mystery!

These are NOT wrapped in blind bags BUT if you mark your order as a gift, I will wrap the entire order for free.

Stitch markers included are made of zinc-based alloy, copper, and/or brass. Color may wear over time, this happens with use, humidity, and a variety of other factors. To prevent this as much as possible, store in an air-tight container (such as a plastic bag) with like colors when not in use.
