When will I receive my order?

Besides, the cost of the samples will be reimbursed with your next order, you're not loosing anything! :)

We love our customers and try to make their experience with Linden Studio (former Linen Duet) as pleasant as possible. We do understand that sometimes you might be not 100% satisfied with your order. Let us know about the problem within 3 days of receiving the item. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If return or exchange is possible, please make sure to ship the item back within 7 days after receiving the package. In certain cases, restocking fees may apply. - 100% Natural European sheer linen. This linen was produced according to universally accepted quality requirements which correspond to OEKO-TEX 100 standards. This fabric certification proves that the finished textile product is free from harmful substances.

Please note note, that our linen fabric is pre-washed but minimal shrinkage of the final product is still possible, and can be about 1-2%.
If you decide to wash your curtains at home, please make sure you iron them after washing and and drying them, this will help the fibers to straighten up.
