How to tell if my plant needs to be watered?

Watering your plant can be one of the hardest things to tell when you're a new plant enthusiast. Here are the best tips for watering: You can use your thumb to check if the soil is moist. If it is still moist, then don't stress it! Lots of plants like succulents prefer to not have a soil that is fully dry. Make sure to give it a watering at least every two weeks or in earlier intervals if you find the soil too dry. If you start seeing yellow squishy leaves, it's a sign to stop watering the plant too much! If you find wrinkly shriveled up leaves, pour some water on your plant! When you water, just make sure that water starts coming out from the bottom of the pot.

When will my order ship?

Trust us, we want you to be happy, and to keep you happy, we ship out our orders Mondays-Wednesdays. Thursdays and Fridays are reserved for waterings to make sure your plants are shipped out hydrated and healthy by Monday the following week.

What does "Pack" mean in our listings?

1-Packs means 1 plant in a pot. 2-Pack means a plant in two separate pots, and so forth.

Can you ship to two different addresses when I buy two or more products?

We can ONLY ship to separate addresses when you purchase an order individually and not part of a "Pack". Separate orders must be placed because shipping materials will be used every time you'd like to ship to a different address.

Help! My package still shows in pre-transit?

Mail carriers can be unpredictable sometimes and we've learned that the hard way. Therefore, when your package says that it's still in pre-transit and two weeks have gone by with no new updates to the tracking system after being marked as shipped, contact us to let us know! We can work something out for you.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us through an Etsy message! Send us photos so that we may verify the damage. After that, you'll be contacted with a resolution. Just give us 24 hours.
