What if I am not happy with my item once I receive it?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must contact me within 5 days of delivery, although I do not accept returns for hygienic reasons I will work with you to come up with a solution. If there was an error with your order due to a mistake on my part, you can be assured that I will do whatever I can to rectify the situation at no cost to you. Just give me a shout!

What if I am a local customer and would like to pick up?

No problem! Use coupon code LOCALPICKUP to wave the shipping fees. Local pick up is in the RM of Ste.Anne MB. Once your order is ready for pickup I will send you a "shipping notification" with directions and address for pick up. If you are local to Winnipeg please feel free to contact me to see if we can arrange a meet up to help you save on shipping.
