Any material thickness may be used for this project. Something around 3mm (1/8") thick is recommended.

**Be aware that using wooden switch plates without a fire resistant backing may not meet building codes in some areas. Proceed at your own risk and do your research.**

Two sets of files are included, one with a herringbone pattern and one that has a simple single-line border. The simple set can easily be customized with your own text or graphics.

There are 1, 2, 3, & 4 gang covers of various styles along with backing spacers.
