The effects of unresolved trauma can be devastating. It can affect our habits and outlook on life, leading to addictions and poor decision-making. It can take a toll on our family life and interpersonal relationships. It can trigger real physical pain, symptoms, and disease. And it can lead to a range of self-destructive behaviors. Peter A. The word "Trauma" is literally the Greek meaning for the word "Wound". In the current day, this represents an emotional, rather than physical injury. A traumatic response can be to a deeply distressing event in one's life that can lead to an inability to cope, reduced self of self, emotional and physical pain. The response is very individual, as in, it changes from person to person. About 70% of all of us have gone through at least one major traumatic event in our lives. I've created these 95 pages in order to help us cope with events that we feel like we have no control over, though we can control our response to it!

These are easy to follow, printable pages which you can print off on your printer. The following 5 sizes are available for printing:
