Can I request a custom design?

I take custom png, svg and sublimation download orders on a case to case basis.

Is every file you offer in SVG format?

No, you must read the title AND description of the item you want - to ensure that you are getting the file you desire. Not every design I offer works best as an svg file. If you would like for me to work with you on the format of your download - I would be happy to help. Our designs range from sublimation designs, trendy png designs and trendy svgs for shirts and physical products.

Can I resell these sublimation designs, png and svg files on my physical product line?

Yes!! But you must first purchase out commercial license in order to have permission to do so. That is a ONE TIME purchase that covers every current design in our shop and every future design. You can purchase that here https://www.etsy.com/listing/1142988634/

What happens if the design I purchased does not come with the file I need?

Reach out to me via message! I am always working in the shop to create better files for you - sometimes I miss something and I am willing to work with you!
