Using a slightly wet cloth to clean up your handmade stuffed animal is the best way to help preserving shape, color and texture. When necessary, we recommend hand washing with cold water or doing machine gentle cycle. It's a good idea to put your plush inside a pillow cover, socks, or something similar before initiating the laundry process. Do not bleach and do not iron. ACRYLIC YARN: air or sun drying are the best ways. To finish, you can add some drops of your favorite scent. Just be careful to not to do it on the white or clearer parts. On any other colors it will be fine. COTTON: Wash as recommended, but no sun drying. With cotton yarns color and texture will fade away and loosen up, depending on the number of washings.

Are these Made to Order?

Most of our products are actually FINISHED AND READY TO SHIP. We work hard to keep our stuffies just ready to go. And we ship as soon as possible. We don't sell patterns. However, there are some items listed as MADE TO ORDER only, you will find this information in the description and tittle. This means that we'll need about one week to get it done for you. (But we'll do our best to finish it sooner.) The same would be in case you'd like to have one of our designs made in a different color. 👉PLEASE don't order a finished item if you want a customized one. Contact us first. Don't hesitate to send your questions!

READY TO SHIP items are at the post office usually within 2 business days maximum. Generally we ship the next business day. MADE TO ORDER items will be finished as soon as possible, usually within one week. 👉Please have in mind that even before or after Holidays, some shipping delay may be experienced. If having doubts, contact us and we'll do our best to calculate time.

How long does shipping takes?

For ready made items, we generally ship the next business day. Ground Regular (first class) service normally takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive anywhere in USA. Expedited (priority) service takes 3 days, but this can vary, it is not guaranteed. Actual delivery time is difficult to predict and unfortunately this out of the sellers' control. PLEASE BE SURE we're here to assist our customers in everything we can do regarding shipping problems.

What does La Mequeca mean?

It's the name we gave to an old pick up truck that my Dad used to have, derived from Spanish la camioneta. We treasure deep in our hearts many beautiful childhood memories related to the trips and adventures we had when riding that truck. Because it's always the simplest things what makes you smile. 😀❤

Are there patterns available?

For the moment we don't sell our patterns. All we offer are ready made or to be made finished products.

This is a MADE TO ORDER product. It will be finished quickly, according to your choice of colors.

We make every piece we offer from scratch and by hand.

HOW TO ORDER:
Select the number of mushrooms that you want. Include a text saying which colors you prefer for your mushrooms. There is a photo showing all the available shades.
Your Garland will also have pompoms in matching or similar tones. It will all be assembled in one string.

👉👉Please remember adding a text message mentioning the colors you want.

Materials and dimensions:
This Garland is made with soft crocheted yarn, cotton twine, hypoallergenic fiber fill for the pompoms.
Mushrooms are 3 inches tall. They are flat, not stuffed. Hand stitched dots. All stalks are white.
Pompoms are approximately 1.4 inches diameter.
You can separate mushrooms and pompoms as you prefer. There will be extra twine at each side for hanging.

Length example:
The Garland in the first photo has 6 mushrooms and 7 pompoms. The total length of the string is 6 feet (or 72 inches). If spacing out each mushroom and pompom for about 3 inches in between, there would be around 43 inches from the first to the last pompoms, plus extra string at each side.

Love this item. I did not tell the vendor what colors I wanted. However, they kindly contacted me and I said I just liked bright colors. What a joy, the vendor picked out the greatest colors. The work is well done and packaged to be gifted and well protected.

Beautiful! Just like the picture. I ordered the "mostly pink" which is very true to the colors pictured: a mix of mauve, pink, purple, lavender, and taupe. Shipping was fast! I absolutely love the colors, it was exactly what I was looking for. Really nicely crocheted, excellent quality. Thank you so much!
