All of our canvas pillow covers are either hand painted, screen printed or have heat transfer on them. THEY CANNOT GO IN THE DRYER. All Canvas and Flannelette should be hand washed in COLD water and hung to dry. Do not use an iron on any of our images. Our metal signs can be cleaned with a damp cloth and dawn dish soap.

Custom and personalised orders

We gladly accept custom orders. If you don't see something on the site, contact us and we will gladly make a custom order. Once a custom order has gone into production, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned unless there is a defect on our part. We may contact you to verify details or spelling with customized orders.

All of our metal signs are either screenprinted on aluminum or have a vinyl overlay on steel. They are framed in stain pine. Each frame is it’s own piece of art as each piece of wood may have different grain, colouring or bumps or divots in it. This is normal and we cannot control how a tree grows. It’s part of the beauty of each sign. There may be tiny divots or inconsistencies in the metal that we cannot control and this is part of the wonderful look of this product. We obviously pick the best pieces we can , but each piece has it’s own subtle uniqueness.

All of our pillows are hand sewn, hand painted or hand screened with the designs that we offer. The designs that are applied individually and have a bit of a distressed look to them. This is normal. It's how we paint them ad screen them. Each pillow is unique and will have inconsistencies in the texture of the ink or the paint because of it being doe by and. The canvas that we use is not bleached. There are natural flecks in each piece we use and we cannot control slight fluctuations in the fabric.

With our pillow covers. We ship only the cover. If you are interested in having a pillow form shipped as well. Contact me for custom shipping price. We generally ship within 10 days to 14 days of receiving your order for pillow covers. For signs, we ship within 2 – 3 weeks of receiving your order. Canadian and US sign and pillow orders are shipped with tracking. These are ESTIMATED shipping times: Within Canada: 6-10 business days. Within the US: 6-10 business days. (We cannot control delayed times through customs.) International Shipping: we are willing to ship internationally and will create a custom listing for clients outside of Canada and the US. Any and all brokerage or customs fees (VAT) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

No refunds or exchanges unless a defect on my part. Defect must be brought to my attention once order is received. If there is a legitimate defect, you will be refunded. I will not refund any money due to lost or stolen packages that may happen through the mailing system. We track all of our packages. If you would like to upgrade shipping to expedited shipping that requires a signature, please contact us for custom shipping pricing. We do accept cancellations up to 24 hours after placing an order.

We are a home based business. A hobby turned full time gig so I can stay home with my three favorite little people. We sell by the yard and offer a sample option size if requested. Please let us know how much you require. For large amounts, it may take 5-10 business days to ship out. Normally, we do keep a large amount on hand and can accommodate many requests within 1-2 business days. Whatever amount is ordered, fabric will arrive in a continuous length. For FREE shipping, we use Canada Post regular mail for Canadian addresses and US Airmail for US packages. We cannot control any shipping times right now, but generally Canadian standard shipping is 2-3 days in Ontario and 2-10 days elsewhere in Canada. For US regular shipping, timing is generally 3-10 days or more. Expedited shipping in Ontario is usually 1-3 business days and elsewhere in Ontario. US expedited is usually 3-6 business days. Expedited packages are tracked.
