Our cutters are printed with high quality PLA which is food safe, but is not heat resistant. To keep them in great condition, do not place in dishwasher or submerge in hot water. Wash gently and pat dry.

The shipping info provided is for actual shipping time. Please allow 2-3 days for printing prior to shipping. We'll do our very best to have your order shipped as soon as possible.

I have started listing the dimensions for each size in the item description. Please make sure to double check the height and width prior to ordering. I have tried to list sizes that I frequently use myself...If you need a size not listed, just send me a message and we'll see if we can make that happen for you!

Do to the nature of our product, we cannot offer returns or refunds. I inspect each cutter prior to serving to ensure they're free from defects, but sometimes, things happen. If you receive a cutter that is damaged, please send us a photo so we can make it right. We cannot refund for items damaged by heat or improper care.

To keep your cutter fresh:
Do not expose to heat.
Do not place in dishwasher or boiling water.
Hand wash with warm water and allow to air dry or dry by hand.

In short, just remember that your cutter is 3D printed PLA+. While I only use the highest quality materials on the market; your cutter is still plastic, and will warp / melt when exposed to high heat. :)
