All of our lights are suitable for worldwide use and work normally on all Voltage levels. The electrical parts that we use on our lighting designs are made in Europe and are CE certified and UL listed.

We ship your item within 1-5 (depends on the design) working days after we have received the payment. We ship all orders as High Priority Registered Packages following by a Tracking Numbers and by this way you will have your order sooner and safely and also you can find your parcel at any time. We also collaborating with express shipping companies! If you wish a fast shipment (2-5 days worldwide delivery), please contact Us before placing your order and we will inform you about the extra cost.

We ship your order to the given address (Please make sure that you have entered a Valid shipping address). Please be Sure that you or someone else on your behalf is present at your shipping address to receive the package approximately 5 to15 days after ordering from RevealHome. Buyers are responsible to track & trace their orders and arrange a redelivery with the shipping company if necessary. Once a package is stated unclaimed despite correct mailing address, the recipient has to contact the shipping company in order to arrange a redelivery or has to pick up the package from the local post office. In case a package is returned to us, additional re-shipping costs will need to be paid by the buyer.

This chandelier is made by natural rattan, wood and metal.

This lights has a minimal design and also it gives a warm glow to your home!

The metal parts on the light come in different finishes. From options you can choose between Gold matte, Chrome, Black, Bronze and White finish.

Inside the rattan shades are installed opal glass globes.

The light takes 2 G9 LED light bulbs!

LEAD TIMES AND SHIPPING
All of our products are totally handmade and made to order, so we need from 1 to 9 bussiness days to complete an order depending on the design. Also custom projects may take from 4 days to 2 weeks max. The shipping cost includes packaging, tracking, handling and shipping.
Your order will be packed with extra care and will be wrapped with a lot of bubble wrap paper.
We ship from Greece to all over the world. Tracking number is available to any order, so you can easily track your parcel at any time. Any customs fees or taxes that may occur burden the buyer and depends on each country's customs policies.

RETURNS / REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All of our products are totally handmade and made upon request (custom made) following each customer needs.
So all our lights are custom made and made to order and not factory made. We do not accept returns for custom orders!
Due to the nand-crafted nature of our work there may be minor flaws & imperfections and small inconsistencies in finishes can occur.
These are characteristics of the processes and add to the uniqueness of the items. We refund only orders that will arrive damaged. This require to provide a photo of the damaged parcel before open it, so please take directly a photo if you will receive a damaged parcel (before open it). If you are not interested for a refund, we send you a totally new item and cover any costs for you.
We do not accept returns for custom orders or for wrong measurements by your side or for choosing the wrong finish.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS / INSTALLATION:
All our lights, sockets and wiring are compatible worldwide (USA, Australia, Europe, Asia)
All electrical components that we use on our lights are cerfified.
The lights that we make are mostly hard wired and we recommend the installation of a certified electrician.
Light bulbs are not included but you can ask to assist you in sourcing the appropriate bulb(s). We recommend you to use ONLY LED light bulbs.

RevealHome went over and beyond to make sure our Rattan Chandelier was delivered safely. Amazing customer service! We really appreciate that. The chandelier looks exactly as pictured and is very beautiful. We decided to go for the bronze metal base, which is darker than the gold that's pictured on Etsy.
