Custom pet portrait, hand painted in quality watercolour paints on 300gsm smooth watercolour paper.

how to order:
-Select the size and style you would like.
-Send me a message on Esty or via email (astonecreations@outlook.com) with a picture of the pet.
-You will receive two proofs, firstly once the initial sketches have been made and once the painting has been finished you will receive a final proof.

Once painted only minimal changes can be made.

You will receive the original watercolour painting. If you would like a printed version with printed text please let me know!

Please get in touch before purchasing if you have any questions!

Paintings include the pet only but if you would like anything else added such as a light background please specify when sending the reference image through.

That’s fine! Just drop me a message as soon as you can to let me know. (within 12 hours) and I will change the address and get it sent to the right place for you. Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.

Prints:
All prints A4 or smaller are packaged in a cellophane sleeve to protect from any moisture and sent with backing card or in a card backed envelope to prevent bending.
A3 orders are rolled in a poster tube to prevent damage during shipping.

Stickers:
All sticker packs are packed in cellophane sleeves sent in a card backed envelope to prevent bending.

Bookmarks:
Bookmarks will be sent in card backed envelopes to prevent bending.

UK orders are sent 1st class and aimed to deliver in 1-2 Business working days. If upgraded orders are sent 1st class signed for, also 1-2 Business working days.

Europe orders are sent Standard class and are aimed to be delivered within 3-10 business working days. Upgraded delivery is tracked and signed and can take 3-10 Business working days.

Everywhere else, orders are sent international Standard and aim to be delivered within 7-20 Business working days. Orders with upgraded shipping come tracked and signed for also within 7-20 business working days.

International orders can be held up in customs sometimes and may arrive outside of the estimated delivery times.
