1. Keep your Birdies in a cool, clean and dry place. 2. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairsprays and deodorants!. It may cause colour fading so best to apply before putting on your lovely pieces. 3. Sturdy as they are please be careful not to drop your lovely pieces as they may break or snap. 4. Cleaning with a soft cloth and avoiding water such as pools and showers is recommended!

Once you place your order i'll get to work on getting your goodies out to you! Handling time is 1-3 business days. Free shipping is available on all Australian order over $59. All of your amazing orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post. You can check the status of your order at australiapost.com/tracking. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because you were unable to collect it from an Australia Post Mail centre within the required timeframes, you will need to pay for the items to be redelivered. I offer a full refund or replacement on items received faulty or damaged. I do my absolute best to deliver an amazing product but if something does go wrong, please send me a picture of the damaged item and i'll get straight to rectifying it for you.
